Welcome to the Event Request Form. For your advert to appear in our Event Calendar , please complete the below Form. You need to specify:

• If the Event Type box, please specify what type of Event it is

• Your Email address is important to provide so we can request additional information if required.

• In the Location of Event box, specify the name of the venue and the address, including state.

• In the Contact Details box, please specify how potential event attendees can get in contact with the event organisers (e.g. It may be an email address, phone number of website).

• In the Description box, in 50 words or less provide a Description of the Event.

 

When catsmartwa.com.au receives your (pet related) event request, we will review it for inclusion in the Event Calendar at our discretion
