EXTENDED FAMILY - BOWER BIRDS

The blue satiny sheen of the male Bower Bird is a most beautiful sight to see especially as he moves around in the sun. We are told that blue items will go missing, as the Bower Bird will tend to take things that are coloured blue, but we are yet to test this theory. 

 

Now we find the female bower bird as beautiful as the male, even though she is not satiny, she is different shades of green with some yellow and the most amazing purply-blue eyes. There are 4 or so female Bower birds and 2 male. They live here and can be seen daily.
