Joe Daniel Likes To Be: 

Affectionate: Every morning Joe Daniel will visit Mum or Dad in bed and curl up on their tummy under the blankets for a pat, purr and cuddle. So we start our day with the sound of Joe Daniel's motor running (purring!)

 

When taking a nap, Joe Daniel most likes cuddling up to his sisters’, and being covered up with a nice fluffy blanket, or Mum's dressing gown. He loves to be brushed, patted and receiving tummy rubs. Joe Daniel also loves to jump up into Dad's arms from the floor and then position himself on Dad's shoulder. Dad just needs to look into his eyes in a particular way and then the jump happens. Play: Joe Daniel is very playful, especially with his sisters and brother Jack Jack. He loves to play hide and seek and then tackle and pounce on them without any notice!

 

Playing chasies around the house is a favourite too, he gets up so much speed that it sounds like thunder. He also adores playing with Mum and Dad, particularly catching and throwing his fluffy ball is popular. Joe Daniel can toss his fluffy ball up to 8ft in the air with his powerful paws, and he could play with a peice of string all day.

 

Dad’s Shadow: Joe Daniel does not like it when Dad goes outside without him and he will look for dad out the window and try to talk Dad into letting him out. So where ever Dad is, Joe Daniel is not far behind. 

 

Watch His Friends: Watching and interacting with the the birds, bush turkeys, possums and skip is an enjoyable past time for Joe. He does like to talk to them sometimes as well and makes some interesting sounds and coul dsit and watch for hours.

 

Spend Time Outside: In a cat enclosure of course (and with his brother and sisters). He has a rest outside in the morning and in the afternoon for an hour each time. This allows him to be in a natural environment and to get up close and personal with his outdoor friends who come to visit each.

 

Joe Daniel is Best Known For:

• Eating too Fast (and sometimes vomitting it back up for mum to clean up!)

• Being a Gentleman to his sisters, waiting his turn for a brush and sharing his food

• Being scared of the noise from the vacuum cleaner / or little members of the extended family which can be loud and rambunctious! (i.e. The Cat Genius)

• Jumping up onto high shelves or even the fridge when he wants attention!

• Loving to be covered with a sheet or fluffy soft blanket when he sleeps

 

Bucket List: Joe Daniel would love to have another outside adventure (like his Vineyard Experience) especially so he can climb some trees, run as fast as he can in a wide open space and spend some one on one time with Skip. Of course, more cuddles, brushing and playtime would not go astray!
