Lungs – Specialised Tasks include:

Extracting Oxygen out of the air which the cat has breathed in (inspired) and transferring the oxygen into the bloodstream.

Extracting Carbon Dioxide (Waste Product) out of the bloodstream and exiting it out of the body in the air breathed out (Expired) by the cat.
Trachea – This is a tube which is part of the distribution system and its Specialised Task is to delivers air to and from the lungs.
Body Systems =
Respiratory System: The Mouth, Nose, Trachea and Lungs make up the Respiratory System.
The Certain Activity of the Respiratory System is to extract oxygen from air and deliver it into the bloodstream and to remove the waste product carbon dioxide from the bloodstream and exit it from the cats’ body through the process of breathing.
